TRILETY-SRA
The rail groove cleaning trailer can be connected to any towing vehicle with a coupling device and existing pneumatic, hydraulic and water system.
The device consists of track wagon with trailer drawbar and ball bearing wheel rims and can be used for track widths between 1000 and 1435 mm.
2 suction hoods with pneumatically adjustable cleaning chisels and water nozzles ensure efficient cleaning of the rail grooves. The dirt is extracted by 2 suction hoses into the suction container of the Vehicle.
With 2 air-cooled, pneumatically extendable and lowerable wheels, road transport is guaranteed at a speed of up to 40 km/h.
For optimal use, various creasing or head brushes are available as an option.

For a comprehensive and thorough cleaning of the track bed can be combined with different additional equipment:

TRILETY-SRV
The rail cleaning device is attached to the front mounting plate / mounting triangle of a multifunction vehicle / compact sweeper.
Lowering and lifting is done with the front lift of the carrier vehicle.
4 ball-bearing track rim wheels with raised guide bar ensure optimal ground support and adaptation to unevenness.
For optimum cleaning, 2 suction tubes with spray nozzles ensure that the suction hoses (each 150 mm in diameter) are connected with a Y-piece to the suction channel of the carrier vehicle.
Particularly stubborn dirt can be solved with 2 hydraulically operated scratches or cleaning chisels.
Track width: 1000 – 1520 mm
Optionally various rail creasing-, and -head brushes, high-pressure water systems and hose reels are available
